hadaf A. Aljunaeh助理教授。F.I.B.M.S皮肤科*(hadaf.a@utq.edu.iq) Dr.hameed N. Mousa F.I.B.M.S病理学*(hamed@utq.edu.iq) Bassam A. Hassan,药师理学硕士药理学**牛皮癣是一种常见的皮肤疾病,没有治愈的局部或全身治疗,姜黄素是天然存在于姜黄中的植物化学物质;传统上,它被用来治疗许多皮肤病。本研究旨在评价姜黄素制剂的抗银屑病作用。目标;本研究旨在通过小鼠尾巴模型研究局部姜黄素抗银屑病活性的可能性。方法;用银屑病小鼠尾巴模型评估提取的姜黄素的抗银屑病活性。18只动物分为3组,每组6只。A组:对照组(乳膏基底处理组)B组(1%姜黄素乳膏处理组)C组(2%姜黄素乳膏处理组)以颗粒层形成、表皮厚度和药物活性为评价指标,检测新制剂的疗效。结果;姜黄素1%、2%局部涂于小鼠尾皮后表皮分化明显,其正角化程度分别为(43.4±0.75)和(44.4±0.98),阴性对照为(17.06±2.5)。结论;
