Furthermore, the network resource allocation management algorithm is crucial for enhancing the transmission efficiency of heterogeneous networks. This paper discusses the existing resource allocation algorithms. It proposes the Weighted Compensatory Round Robin (WCRR) resource allocation algorithm in complex environments, which improves the ability of users to access resources in different areas and the utilization of resources. Finally, the effectiveness and operability of the algorithm are verified after analysis and comparison with traditional algorithms. Abstract
