The findings show that the application developed in this case has a certain advantage over the other three representative similar applications in terms of market competitiveness. Its core competitiveness based on visualization functions perspective which have met the user needs for a convenient personal health management, a clear medical center route navigation and a simple operation mode. It can be seen that the design and development of visualization functions of stroke rehabilitation mobile devices based on QFD decision-making is successful. Abstract

基于脑卒中康复移动设备的可视化功能研究
为了使脑卒中康复移动设备的可视化功能更有效地辅助患者进行健康管理,本文采用质量功能展开(Quality function Deployment, QFD)方法,探讨用户需求与设计要素、新产品与市场竞争力之间的相关性。首先,我们通过问卷调查和KJ法收集了27个用户需求。然后利用QFD从可视化功能的角度将6个关键用户需求转化为16个设计要素,并利用结果指导设计开发。最后,对设计要素的重要性和市场竞争力进行了评价。研究结果表明,本案例开发的应用程序在市场竞争力方面比其他三个具有代表性的同类应用程序具有一定的优势。其核心竞争力基于可视化功能视角,满足了用户便捷的个人健康管理、清晰的医疗中心路线导航、简单的操作模式等需求。可见,基于QFD决策的脑卒中康复移动设备可视化功能的设计与开发是成功的。本文提出对今后同类产品的设计和开发有一定的参考价值。
