ANALYSIS OF THE LAND FUND OF RESORT TERRITORIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF CRIMEA

Abstract

This scientific article analyzes the land fund of the resort territories of the Republic of Crimea. For this purpose, the paper considers methods for assessing land resources — costly, market, effective methods, the method of capitalizing income, the method of the intended use or arrangement of the resources of the territory. At the same time, the article examines indicators characterizing the state of land resources of resort territories of the Republic of Crimea, such as the structure of the land fund, the structure of land soil, the level of contamination of the land resources of the resort territory, the study of which made it possible to analyze the land fund of the considered territorial entities, as well as identify negative factors technogenic impact on the level of environmental sustainability of the state of land resources of the territory.
