Políticas de inserção produtiva a partir de uma perspectiva antirracista

Abstract

The transversality and persistence of racism in Brazilian public and private institutions make it essential to promote racially inclusive productive policies in their design and evaluation. From this perspective, we point out how the connections between structural racism, inequalities and labor are a focal point of LabJaca’s actions, an organization that aims to create strategies for social transformation through an anti-colonial lens. We propose, therefore, a methodology of evaluation based on citizen-generated data, where epistemological and analytical processes are decentralized, and the demands of peripheral populations and historically marginalized groups in decision-making spaces are prioritized. Finally, we emphasize how evaluation plays a central role in aligning the daily needs of people experiencing social exclusion with policies aimed at productive inclusion within such a profound scenario of disparities.
