The Internet of Things for smart homes: An example

Abstract

The internet of things (IoT) has a variety of application domains, including smart homes. This paper analyzes distinct IoT security and privacy features, including security requirements, threat models, and attacks from the smart home perspective. Further, this paper proposes an intelligent collaborative security management model to minimize security risk. The security challenges of the IoT for a smart home scenario are encountered, and a comprehensive IoT security management for smart homes has been proposed.
