Abstract
Due to the multiprogramming support and to the creation of new TV channels, the Brazilian Digital Television System will allow the strengthening of several actors such as community stations, as well as independent content producers. Expecting the establishment of a collaborative network between these actors, it is important to support the collaborative development of interactive content for Digital TV. In order to provide this support, this paper proposes a collaborative environment for the development and edition of NCL documents, NCL being the declarative language adopted by Brazilian Digital TV middleware. This paper focus on the definition of concurrency control and consistency mechanisms to be applied in such collaborative edition environment, considering the specific features related to the NCL language.
