Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the effect of work-family conflict (WFC) consisting of work interfere conflict (WIF) and family interfere conflict (FIW) factors on entrepreneurial commitment through mediating work motivation on women entrepreneurs in the city of Surabaya. 创业承诺:泗水女企业家研究

本研究通过对泗水市女企业家工作动机的中介，探讨由工作干扰冲突(WIF)和家庭干扰冲突(FIW)因素组成的工作-家庭冲突(WFC)对创业承诺的影响。数据收集采用调查法。这项研究的调查对象是310人。本研究使用的数据分析方法是偏最小二乘(PLS)，使用SmartPLS 2.0软件。本研究结果表明:1)工作干扰家庭(WIF)对工作动机有显著影响;2)工作干扰家庭对创业承诺的影响不显著;3)家庭干扰工作(FIW)对工作动机有显著影响;4)家庭干扰工作(FIW)对创业承诺有显著影响;5)工作动机对创业承诺的影响不显著;6)工作干扰家庭(WIF)通过工作激励间接对创业承诺没有显著的负向影响;7)家庭干扰工作通过工作动机对创业承诺没有间接的显著负向影响。
