Abstract

In the article, in a documentary way, using a specific example, using the FSIS, IT technologies, the current regulatory legal acts of Russia and the Eurasian Economic Union, the identification of the goods is carried out. As a result, a number of inconsistencies with the stated requirements were revealed, which misleads the buyer.
