Abstract

In this paper, we present the results of telemetry link analysis with varying bit rate in various environments such as closed room RCC structure, metallic structure building at 2.2 to 2.3 GHz range. In these selected environments, there is always a direct path between transmitter and receiver without any intermediate obstacles apart from direct path. Many structural issues influencing the RF path such as construction materials, building size and interaction with other systems. We analysed the RF path characteristics in S-Band in the two different environments and observations are noted.
