Comparative testing of methods of protein concentration determination.

Abstract

The authors have carried out various tests for determining protein concentrations. They have compared the methods, and have found, as well as proved, that the spectrophotometric method I of protein determination can be employed with sufficient accuracy for the purpose of serial tests.
