Results: Successful sinus lifting with balloon technique and osteotome technique with superior clinical and radiographic results of balloon technique. The radiographic examination showed the mean elevated height after 6 months in group A was 11.72±2.16mm. While in group B was 8.05±1.90 mm. Abstract
