Abstract

Under the “double carbon” goal, high wind power penetration will become an important feature of new power systems dominated by new energy in the future. Since wind power often has anti-peak shaving characteristics, the peak shaving problem of wind power high-penetration power systems is particularly prominent. Quantitative calculation of the system peak shaving cost of a high proportion of wind power grids is of great significance to the establishment and improvement of the peak shaving market in the northern part of our country, the promotion of rational system development and planning flexibility, and the improvement of system flexibility. 考虑柔性资源投资的电力系统调峰综合成本计算方法
在“双碳”目标下,风电高渗透率将成为未来以新能源为主的新电力系统的重要特征。由于风电往往具有反调峰特性,风电高渗透电力系统的调峰问题尤为突出。定量计算高比例风电电网的系统调峰成本,对于我国北方地区调峰市场的建立和完善,促进系统合理发展和规划灵活性,提高系统灵活性具有重要意义。本文在分析现有风电系统调峰成本估算方法的基础上,提出了一种考虑柔性资源投资和调峰市场的高风电渗透率下系统调峰成本综合估算方法,并对不同的风电系统进行了研究。渗透率下系统调峰成本的变化规律并以我国某地区实际电力系统为例,对不同风电穿透度下的调峰成本进行了仿真,验证了该方法的有效性和合理性。
