Abstract

Mechatronic modules with field regulated reluctance machine have improved mass-size parameters and can be used to drive the actuator valve of metallurgical production. The article shows the stages of synthesis of a mechatronic module elements': the selection of the parameters of the electric drive's power elements (the main dimensions of electromechanical converter), the control system (speed control loop). It shows an application area of the considered mechatronic modules for metallurgical production and traction mechanisms. Attention is paid to the specific characteristics of the electric drive.
