It aims to attract commuters in private cars and who plan to use private cars to change the mode of traveling. Travel services are provided for those who have close travel factors such as origin, destination and travel time. In order to study that the customized bus system can better meet the commuting needs of passengers, this paper constructs a model that minimizes the distance between original and destination and the travel time according to the characteristics of the customized bus line planning, so that the commuter's travel cost can reach minimal. This paper uses the shortest path method to obtain the customized bus route plan, compares the travel time and distance with the conventional bus to get the advantages of customized bus, and analyzes the fare formulation plan. Finally, based on the actual road network of Xi'an (Baqiao District-High-tech Zone), a case study is conducted to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
