Keynote: Why a Cyber Security Career for a Woman?

Abstract

Cyber Security is one of the fastest growing fields in Computer Science with so many opportunities and tough problems to solve. Cyber Security is also a very lucrative field to be in. However, the percentage of women and disadvantaged minorities in cyber security is dismal. This paper motivates mainly women as to why they should pursue a career in Cyber Security.
