The most important category of a market economy is production costs. They represent payment for the acquired factors of production and are reflected in the cost of products and services. That is why, in the study of cost planning of hotel services and its improvement, the basis is the cost structure of a hotel enterprise. The article deals with the optimization of the cost of a hotel product.
