Abstract

In the recent several years, innovation spirit has reached top in the list of "the necessary core quality" in almost all kinds of company. The design team has also substituted for individual, becomes the main construction form in product design department. Innovation product design team would certainly become the new work form tendency, both in the common design department and in product design specialty in colleges and universities. This paper sets up for the research related innovation product design team, discussing the characteristic, construction way, organization elements. Through the analysis of the characteristics of innovation product design team, combined with the strategy and the experience in teamwork management, the paper is trying to discuss about the strategies in founding and operating a successful innovation product design team
