A structured questionnaire was used for data collection, this was validated by 4 experts, 2 from the Department of Food and Nutrition, University of Nigeria, Nsukka and 2 fish farmers, while Cronbach alpha was used in determining the internal consistency of the instrument and this yielded a reliability coefficient of 0.80. Data was collected by the researcher with the aid of 7 research assistants. The Standard deviation was used to answer the research questions while one-way Analysis of Variation [ANOVA] was used in testing the hypothesis at 0.05 level of significance.
