Abstract

On the basis of the theoretical analysis, this paper designed a new bearing replacer based on induction heating technique by finite element method. The regularities of the distribution of electromagnetic-thermal coupled field in the replacer, temperature changes with time course and expansion size in shaft and bearing inner race had been simulated during the course of induction heating. The FEM simulation results not only proved the existence of the eddy skin effect, but also achieved the design parameters of the replacer. By experimental verification, the replacer can realize fast disassembling of the bearing inner race, which assembled on an axle with interference fit.
基于感应加热技术的新型轴承更换器的开发与研究
