Abstract

When scheduling training workshops on small college campuses, it can be difficult to accommodate the varied schedules of faculty and staff. In 2012, the IT department at Lewis & Clark College moved from a pre-determined schedule of training classes to a mix of scheduled workshops and "TBD" (To Be Determined) classes scheduled based on interest and availability.
