Abstract
The construction of the UHV transmission line project will affect the surface ecological structure, significantly affect the vegetation and landform along the line, and further aggravate the soil and water loss. With the improvement of environmental protection awareness, it is more and more necessary to consider soil erosion monitoring in UHV project construction. In this paper, a soil erosion detection method is proposed, which uses the meteorological station to monitor the meteorological changes around the transmission line. The soil and water loss is determined through the analysis of monitoring data so as to provide data support for the restoration and protection of the surface environment along the transmission line. Compared with the traditional manual detection method, the detection method proposed in this paper can greatly improve monitoring accuracy and efficiency and save financial and material resources. The method proposed in this paper has been applied to soil and water loss monitoring of the Shaanxi Hubei ± 800 kV HVDC transmission project, and the effect is remarkable.
