As a result, the following stand out: (i) Juan Carlos Barahona and Andrey M. Elizondo as outstanding authors of the portfolio with 3 articles each; (ii) the article Can Electronic Procurement Improve Infrastructure Provision? Evidence from Public Works in India and Indonesia, by authors S. Lewis-Faupel, Y. Neggers, B. A. Olken and R. Pande is the most cited, with 254 citations; (iii) Six journals published two articles each from the PB Final; (iv) Malaysia and the United States stand out as the countries that most published articles in the area; and (v) the keywords that stood out the most were e-procurement, with 18 occurrences, public procurement with 10 occurrences and e-government with 8 occurrences.
