The research problem arises in the lack of interest in applying the role of artificial lighting properties such as (intensity, beam angle, and color) in studying the dynamic state of the commercial building facade elements (line, shape, and texture). A hypothesis should be formed: If the characteristics of artificial lighting are adjusted, it will have an effect on achieving the dynamic state of the elements of the commercial building facade.
