The solar cells are coupled by a dichroic mirror in 1 by 2 by 2. The modeling of each system (the independent and the electric coupling system) allows highlighting the influence of physical parameters and technology on the photocurrents and the efficiency of each solar cell system. It is shown that with a spectrum AM1.5 the device of five solar cells gives efficiency up to 58,11%.
