Application of those modern technologies is helpful for organization capital and operational expenditure budget planning as well as future structural planning. Abstract

Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited is a front runner to implement ground breaking cohesive technologies to develop a robust distribution network. Prioritization of feeder matrix to identify maintenance need, state of the art audit methodology, intelligent protection coordination and integrated distribution automation system help the organization to reduce the system average interruption frequency index(SAIFI), system average interruption duration index (SAIDI) and minimum time of fault restoration to a significant level.
