Attention is paid to professionally-oriented content in the use of mathematical tasks in the classroom, in order to increase the level of motivation of female cadets to the study of mathematical subjects; to the development of a mathematical exersises base, tasks, examples used in the digital learning environment. Scientific novelty of the article is to describe the functions of the author’s technology of pedagogical support of female cadets in the pedagogical activities of a teacher of the military university, ensuring successful professional adaptation of the individual to the study of mathematical subjects. As a result, an active use of the subject-centered approach in the classroom and extracurricular work with female cadets of digital educational resources are justified. Abstract

The functions (educational, diagnostic, developing, corrective, pedagogic, communicative, informative, stimulating, advisory, predictive) of the author’s technology of pedagogical support of female cadets in the process of personality adaptation to the study of mathematical subjects at military university are investigated and the principles of its application are described. 适应军事大学数学学科学习条件下女学员教学支持技术的功能
探讨了笔者提出的军校女学员人格适应教学支持技术的教育功能、诊断功能、发展功能、矫正功能、教学功能、交流功能、信息功能、激励功能、咨询功能、预测功能,并阐述了其应用原则。提出了以主体为中心的方法在教师应用女学员教学支持技术过程中的规定,并对其进行了描述。注重在课堂上运用数学任务中的专业导向内容,以提高女学员对数学学科学习的动力水平;要开发一个数学习题、任务、例题使用的数字化学习环境。本文的科学新颖之处在于描述了作者提出的女学员教学支持技术在军校教师教学活动中的作用,保证了个体对数学学科学习的专业适应。因此,在课堂和课外工作中积极使用以学科为中心的方法,与女学员一起使用数字教育资源是合理的。本文适用于高等教育机构的教师、兼职教师、研究生、申请者。
