The provisions of the subject-centered approach during the teacher’s application of the pedagogical support technology of female cadets are presented and characterized. Attention is paid to professionally-oriented content in the use of mathematical tasks in the classroom, in order to increase the level of motivation of female cadets to the study of mathematical subjects; to the development of a mathematical exersises base, tasks, examples used in the digital learning environment. Scientific novelty of the article is to describe the functions of the author’s technology of pedagogical support of female cadets in the pedagogical activities of a teacher of the military university, ensuring successful professional adaptation of the individual to the study of mathematical subjects. As a result, an active use of the subject-centered approach in the classroom and extracurricular work with female cadets of digital educational resources are justified.
