INFLUENCE OF PHYSICO-CHEMICAL FACTORS ON THE PROCESS OF FIBRILLATION OF THE INSULIN MOLECULE

Abstract

As a result of the research, data on the dynamics of fibrillation of insulin molecules under different temperature conditions are presented. The influence of the pH of the medium and mechanical action on the processes of amyloid formation is also studied. In vitro experiments revealed three stages of fibrillation of insulin molecules.
