The decision support system for selecting the best employees uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, where the decision-making process is carried out by assessing alternative choices based on predetermined criteria and can also help the Company to make the best employee decisions. Abstract

Companies that are ready to compete must have effective management.
