Abstract

A novel dual-band inverted H-shaped slot circular patch antenna is presented in this paper. A rectangular slots are initially introduced onto a circular patch antenna resulted to dual band antenna but with poor s-parameter at 5.2 GHz band. Subsequently, the antenna reflection coefficient at 5.2 GHz is improved by introducing an inverted H-shaped slot at the center of the circular patch.
