Abstract
In this research plan expects to present the aims and hypothesis, the methodology and the succession of systematic actions that will be carried out to develop the future Doctoral Thesis, within Doctoral Programme of Salamanca University: “Education in the Knowledge Society”. This research plan is located within the research line “Educational Evaluation and Guidance” which goal is to improve the level of student learning at the end of the period of compulsory education in Spain. The present study is classified within two paradigms; School Effectiveness and Educational Improvement, which have been treated separately, although currently, the research tends to integrate both perspectives. Our goal is study how schools attend to diversity students, because the literature suggests student achievement is related to inclusive education at school. Previously, we will detect high effectiveness schools through an analysis of the PISA 2018 results. Therefore, we investigate this relationship by the influence of culturally responsive school leadership, in order to discover effective culturally responsive practices which improve student's achievement.
