Abstract

Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae is an important and destructive pathogen  causing bacterial leaf blight disease in rice plant. The different tests were  conducted in this research work to know the biochemical properties of the  pathogen by the three rice isolates KRH-2, Swarna & Jurly and also  investigation of resistant variety of rice germplasm.
