While, according to the WHO, the frequency and intensity of dental caries in children have been declining in a number of countries in recent decades, in Ukraine these rates remain high and tend to increase. Caries of temporary teeth ranks tenth among the most common diseases in the world. It is a multifactorial, diet-associated dental disease manifested by foci of demineralization. The etiology and pathogenesis of dental nosology are well studied and known. Abstract
