Patient satisfaction was also evaluated at (T12). Results: Co-cr bars showed significant increase in all studied peri-soft tissue parameters’ readings. In addition, BioHPP ® bars recorded significant better patient satisfaction scores regarding patient comfort, taste of food, esthetics than Co-Cr bars. Conclusion : Both Co-Cr bar and BioHPP® bar connecting implants supporting mandibular overdenture are considered potential treatment options.
