Analysis on Predicaments and Countermeasures of Rural Environment Management---a Case Study of "Three Great Revolutions" in Rural Environment

Abstract

Advancing "three great revolutions" in rural environment is the important measure for deepening beautiful countryside construction. The research finds that in the course of advancing the policy, there exit several problems, such as multiple leadership, narrow profit margin in enterprises, high cost of management, insufficient supporting funds and inactive farmers. The paper proposes to enhance make plans in all aspects, strengthening overall supervision, emphasize operation management, widen financing approaches and expand propaganda to make the "three great revolutions" go smoothly.
