In this paper, 474 pregnancy were assessed using the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale, the Social Support Rating Scale and the Simplified Chinese Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, the intermediate and intermediate effects were analyzed. The results showed that self-esteem significantly predicted the depression of pregnant women; and subjective social support and psychological elasticity completely mediated the influence of pregnant women’s self-esteem on depression during pregnancy, but objective support had no significant effect on the pathway. The findings of the current study indicated that enhancing the subjective social support and psychological resilience of pregnant women can effectively maintain their mental health and relieve depression.
