Facing the pain points of easy loss of fresh products, low degree of standardization and fierce competition, the \"Missfresh\" company adopts the innovative logistics mode of front warehouse. It uses artificial intelligence technology to carry out big data analysis in combination with customer demand, consumption habits and transportation line conditions, which is helpful to rationalize the location of front warehouse and improve efficiency. Through the SWOT method, this paper analyzes the mode of front warehouse. Then carry out quantitative analysis through analytic hierarchy process.
