Therefore the present study aims to estimate the natural vulnerability of the aquifer to contamination in the city of Eldorado do Sul-RS. For the GOD system application, information was obtained from the Groundwater Information System. The city presented a predominance of low vulnerability and middle classes, and a small portion of the municipality insignificant and upper classes. The use of groundwater is becoming more constant because the surface waters are not meeting the needs for certain uses, the unbridled use of these resources may come to bring many problems to the environment, such as the contamination of the aquifer.
