Concept of the appeal of legal acts of administrative bodies

Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of the concept of “appeal” in connection with the administrative legal relations, the definition of the signs of appeal through the prism of its relationship with the administrative legal dispute and other related concepts. The author comes to the conclusion that appeal is a concept that reflects the activities of citizens and legal entities related to the protection of their rights in relations with administrative bodies.
