Abstract

The Reed-Muller-Fourier spectrum of p-valued (p prime, p > 2) Maiorana-McFarland bent functions is studied. It is shown that this spectrum exhibits a unique structure, which allows characterizing these functions and to distinguish them from other p-valued bent functions.
