Primer registro de liebre europea (Lepus europaeus Pallas, 1778) en la Reserva Provincial Laguna Brava, La Rioja, República Argentina

Abstract

First record of the European hare (Lepus europaeus Pallas, 1778) in Laguna Brava Provincial Reserve, La Rioja, Argentina. In this work we present the first record of the European hare in Reserva Provincial Laguna Brava in La Rioja, Argentina. This represents the highest record of the species in the province, and an increase of 60 km to the East of its previously known distribution for La Rioja.
