Third, the preceding/mediated/modulated/result variables related to the relationship between the two variables were classified based on the job demand-resource (JD-R) model, and a conceptual integrated model was employed. Abstract

This study presents implications and future research directions by analyzing the relationship between positive psychological capital and work commitment in Korea and analyzing the relationship between two variables as well as the relationship between two sub-factors, preceding variables, result variables, mediating variables, and moderating variables.
