Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of of Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance in Padang Panjang City Government. This type of research includes quantitative research specifically this research wants to see about the influence of Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment to performance. As for the population or the object of this study are employees of the State Civil Service in the Padang Panjang City Government.
