Abstract

This paper will discuss the due diligence and accountability requirements for electrical supervisors who must execute electrical tasks in a practical and effective manner. In the opinions of the authors these important concepts can be used for all stakeholder working groups including Transmission & Distribution, Power Generation, and Industrial, Commercial and Residential and everyone in between.
