The five keys to leadership success in human resource development include goal setting, strategic budgeting, activity planning, achievement striving, and collaborative building. The school administrative strategies and leadership practices towards energy and environmental excellence developed in this study would be beneficial guidelines for school leaders in policy implementation for attaining SDGs. Abstract

Thailand emphasises encouraging all sectors to achieve their commitments to improving the quality of human life following the United Nations’ sustainable development goals (SDGs) by 2030.
