Abstract

The paper presents andragogical approaches in postgraduate training of medical specialists, continuing medical education, primary specialized and periodic accreditation. Individual approaches to learning are described, taking into account the initial level of knowledge, motivation, psychophysiological and age characteristics, and information literacy. The features of training medical specialists in the fight against Covid-19 are presented.
