FEATURES OF APPROACHES TO STATE REGULATION OF THE FUNCTIONING OF BUSINESS ENTITIES IN VARIOUS FIELDS

Abstract

The paper considers the legal and organizational and economic possibilities of the functioning of business entities operating in institutions of the penal enforcement system (UIS) and highlights the common features of the functioning of business structures in the world practice of UIS. The necessity of taking measures of state regulation of entrepreneurial activity in the penal enforcement system is determined; the problems solved by business structures that are part of the production sector of the penal enforcement system are formulated.
