Further, it is shown that the shortcomings of the classical DTC control technique are resolved by DTC- SVM control to get a satisfactory control with computational demand as the trade-off. Abstract

The main goal of this paper is to evaluate and compare various control schemes (scalar control vs vector control) in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM).
