This study investigated the total quantity of 20 product items with high volume of consumption. The RFID system has been installed to read the type of drug and to count the number of drugs used and to send the collected data to the database. The data was then analyzed to determine the appropriate quantity of drug procurement. In this paper, Time Series Decomposition was used as forecasting method. The inventory was planned and managed by finding the economical order quantity using the Fixed EOQ Heuristic forecasting method to calculate and determine the quantity and the total cost of inventory.
