The essence of the method is to answer pre-defined questions, the results of which may lead to the conclusion of whether a project approach to HR management is being implemented at the enterprise and whether such implementation is appropriate. Using the method of indicators, the paper highlights characteristic features and conditions directly relevant to the organisation's activities and can simplify the use of the project approach or the approach to HR management itself.
